I recently resized the amount of memory on the VM that I run Octopus Server and a tentacle on, but now when a health check is performed it eventually times out.
I can go to the wsdl for the tentacle just fine in a browser so I know that it is running fine. I have tried running both the server and tentancle in interactive mode to see if that revealed any more info and it did not. I have also regenerated a thumbprint on the tentacle and updated that on the server to see if that would resolve the issue and it did not.
In the Event Viewer all I have are warnings that say very little info but look like this:
The description for Event ID 0 from source Octopus cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table
Any help that anyone could provide would be much appreciated as we are all at a loss here as to what is going on.
