How would I deploy a config that is different for each server in an environment?

Thanks for getting in touch. The exact answer will depend on what you need to change in the config per server. If you have appSettings that are different per machine then you should be able to just add variables to the project and scope them to the Target server (see attached screenshot).
If you need to change something that would require a config transform then that’s a lot more complex. If that is what you need then let me know and I can detail it.
