It looks like the NuGet package has a OctopusTools.2.1.2.37.nupkg file packed in itself?! So after I do install, not only I have Octo.exe with its config file, but also a nupkg file, is this by design? Otherwise it would make the download package much bigger than it should be.

When you install a NuGet package, NuGet by default extracts the files but also keeps the .nupkg file on disk, so it may appear that the package also contains another NuPkg file. I’ve attached a screenshot of what the package actually looks like, and as you can see it just contains octo.exe and a configuration file. Hope that helps!
