Octopus server failing with incorrect Tentacle IP

We have a server configured with a specific IP.
When the server runs a health check it is failing with trying to reach a different IP.
In the attached pictures.
PIC1: Shows the tentacle URL with the specific IP
PIC2: Show the Connectivity failing with the wrong IP on the same Machine screen.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried deleting the machine from the web portal and re-creating it? That’ll most likely fix this.
