Octopus Deploy Integration update issue

With the recent update of the Octopus Deploy integration to Azure DevOps Server 2019 (V4.1.463) all of a sudden I cannot see the list of Project name to select instead I see a name “Projects-xxxx”. The issue with this is how can I select a different project name?

BTW, I’m using task version 2. Also our version of Octopus is V4.1.4.

Anyone experience the same thing recently with the new update?

@Quads71 and I are currently working on this via an internal ticket, but I will update this thread with the resolution.

EDIT: Resolution: This issue was resolved by using Task V3. Task V2 is no longer supported which was causing the issue.
