Ocoo server service not starting

Failed to start octo server service if the machine started from restart. No issue if I start it service
manunaly.

Thanks for getting in touch regarding your Octopus Server startup behaviour. The good news is this looks a lot like a known issue, for which we have a fix.

The Service Watchdog feature (available from v3.7.17) can look after your Octopus Instance and ensure it’s up and running. More info on the Watchdog can be found at the following doc link:
