Missing Create Release button on project dashboard

Hi,

We’ve just done a big update from 2018.11.2 to 2019.8.2 on our on-prem install and everything looks really good except one minor bug I think. Our users are reporting that they’re missing the Create Release button on the project dashboards, but they can go into Releases and still create one there.

I’ve scanned over the permissions and a HAR and can’t see anything untoward. What do you need to diagnose further?

I have good news. The Github Issue #5823 has been resolved in version 2019.8.4.
