Jira update error- too many elements

Ran into this error today during a deployment:

Unable to publish data to Jira. Response code: BadRequest, Message: There was an issue posting deployment info to Jira:
‘values’ can have a maximum of 100 elements. Found 201.

Looks like Jira updates need to be batched 100 at a time?

Thanks for getting in touch! Yeah that’s saying 100 is the max number of issues that can be attached to a single deployment, and the Jira API bounces back when that is exceeded. I’ll be happy to have a look and see if there’s anything we can do about it in your case - would you be willing to send through the full task log where you’re hitting this issue?

Sure. I’ve been slowly picking at the Octopus <> Jira integration, so it’s entirely possible that I’ve got a couple hundred issues backed up to notify on.
