Is it possible to extract all unavailable deployment targets to cross reference against active VMs in Azure?

Thanks for reaching out, I just saw this after responding to your email, I’ll put the answer in here too, for future reference if others have this question.

You should be able to use the following API script to surface this information, with minor edits to not perform the deletion (commenting out lines 32 and 33) - OctopusDeploy-Api/DeleteUnavailableMachines.ps1 at master · OctopusDeploy/OctopusDeploy-Api · GitHub
