Clear out old packages by time or by environment deployed to

Hi

How do we make sure the package retention policy doesn’t clear out packages that have been deployed to our production environment? Or to only clear out packages older than (say) 1 year?

Hi Matthew,

Thanks for getting in touch! You can control retention policies by environment by defining the policy within your lifecycle’s phase that includes the Production environment. By default, it’ll inherit the policy from the previous phase, but this can be overridden as shown in the following doc page.

This will allow you to define how many releases to keep, or for how many days to keep it.
