Change verification in step templates when changing SSL cert bindings

I found an issue when changing the SSL settings in the deploy IIS site from using the thumbprint to a certificate managed by Octopus doesn’t warn you that something changed. It warns me on every other change though. I’ve attached a screenshot of the setting that doesn’t seem to be tracked.
I am on version 3.11.2

Hi Ed,

You’re right. Actually, from my testing it seemed that no changes to the IIS bindings were triggering the unsaved changes warning.

I have corrected this. This will ship in Octopus 3.11.5.
