Whether cloud service creation is possible through Octopus deployment?

If I am trying to deploy a cloud service in a subscription and service is not exist. In this case whether service creation possible? Or always service need to be created ahead of using it in deployment steps?

Any other way is there to achieve this?

Thanks for getting in touch! You’re correct that your deployment steps require your service to exist. It would need to be provisioned in a previous step or project. It sounds like you’re looking for Azure Resource Management. With it, you can have a step prior to your deployment that handles provisioning your Cloud Service, all within the same project and deployment process. There’s lots of detailed information online, and here are a few links to help you get started.
