Basically, if production is not on the same version as stage to highlight production to give a visual indication that it is behind or vice versa.

Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately there’s no built-in way to indicate release versions quite in this way. The way Octopus determines which versions are shown is by the most recently deployed version to each environment, and will display those in the same way.
That being said, are you looking at your Dashboard
page in the web portal, which shows all of your projects and environments? In an individual project’s overview page, it displays multiple release versions and where they’ve been deployed throughout its lifecycle. Releases that aren’t the most recently deployed in each environment have their checkbox faded. Refer to my attached screenshot as an example. Does this look more like what you’re after?
