Upgrading to 2.4.1... Variable set issues

I just upgraded to 2.4.1 and am having some issues. I had some variable sets defined on the “configuration” section. After the upgrade, all my previously defined variables are gone. Please tell me there is a way to recover them - even if it’s just manually running a query on a backup to get the values so I can enter them by hand. I just need those values back…

UPDATE - I played around with the Raven DB instance and viewed the documents related to the variable sets I had. All of them were in the DB. When I went back to the Octopus UI, they slowly started to show up. Now, they are all there… not sure what I did, or if the DB just needed some time to think… either way, I think I’m good.

Thanks for getting in touch. This is a bug - the variable sets need to be re-saved before they’ll start showing up in queries. This will happen implicitly as deployments are performed etc., but we will add migration code to ensure it is done at startup. Many thanks for the report.
