Hi,
Using the uninstall windows feature to uninstall the tentacle, the service is still there.
We are using the version 3.2.x.
To remove the service we need to change the windows registry. The installutil executable can’t uninstall the service since the files aren’t there.

Thanks for getting in touch! This is by design. The Tentacle installer only manages the binary files. The Tentacle manager removes the services. If you ask the Tentacle manager to delete a service first it will clean these up, then if you uninstall the binaries will be deleted. It is because you can have multiple services (instances) under a single Tentacle manager.
