Staging & Prodution on same server

Hi, how do I setup the Staging & Productions Environments if they are on the same servers? Also how i configur the Deployment agent service. In the agent i can only enter one thumbprint, but requires two thumbprint keys for adding Staging and Production Environments in the portal?

I’ve accomplished this by simply including the server in multiple environments, in your case staging & prod. Then using environment scope specific variable configurations to control the deployment and string replacement.

Thanks for getting in touch! You can create a second Tentacle instance on the same server http://docs.octopusdeploy.com/display/OD/Managing+multiple+instances
This will allow you to distinguish the deployments and environments.
