Hello Octopus team,
Currently we have team members working on deployments in different environments for a common set of projects. This requires that each team member set up their dashboards separately and asynchronously.
Keeping dashboards synchronized is time consuming and error-prone.
Any ideas on how to mitigate with current tool, or an enhancement?
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately customizing dashboards in this way isn’t possible out of the box, and would currently require building them to meet your requirements. Similar dashboard customization suggestions have been raised in the past on our UserVoice site, which we use to gauge community support for feature and enhancement ideas in future versions.
If either of those seem to possibly match your idea, feel free to drop it some votes/comments, or you can create a new suggestion.
Sorry it’s not the news you were after! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.
Thanks for the reply Kenneth.
Actually, I think we are looking for something closer to another User Voice item - https://octopusdeploy.uservoice.com/forums/170787-general/suggestions/6127866-allow-multiple-dashboard-configurations-and-users
In fact, the three ideas might constitute a common theme/need for shared dashboards?

Thanks for following up and posting the more relevant UserVoice suggestion. Similar suggestions have been added to our catch-all GitHub issue for dashboard issues and requests for our UI overhaul that’s in progress for the upcoming 4.0 release. To ensure we keep this specifically in mind in addition to the others, I’ve added it as a comment to the issue.
Thanks for letting us know your thoughts on what you’d like to see, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.
