Radio button not working for choosing type of script to run on Octopus 3.1.1

The Octopus server version is 3.1.1. My deployment target machine is a CentOS 6.6 VM.

I tried to create a step to run a script to create directory. So I need to pick Bash script. But when I click Bash radio button, the PowerShell is still checked, and then I click C# button, it can be checked as well.

Seems to me a bug. I tested on IE and Chrome and I got same problem. I attached screenshot for this problem.

Did anyone else encounter the same problem as I did?
