I am trying to install a polling tentacle but I can’t get past the ‘Octopus Credentials’ step. It fails to connect to the server because there is an authenticating proxy in the way. Is there a way to make it work?

I am sorry to say that a polling Tentacle will also not be able to get past an authenticating proxy. You will be unable to run a Tentacle on that environment.
