Octopus 3.8.8 does not provide debug variables output

I have upgraded to Octopus 3.8.8 today and one thing I noticed is that I cannot get variables values for debugging anymore!

I have set OctopusPrintEvaluatedVariables and OctopusPrintVariables both to True and still deployment log does not show any variables at any verbosity level.

Regression?

Hi Konstantin,

I can’t replicate this behaviour. On our demo server we have that version and print variables set: https://demo.octopusdeploy.com/app#/tasks/ServerTasks-487471/raw

Could you provide a screenshot of the snapshot for the project and the task logs?

I figured it. It is not enough to set OctopusPrintEvaluatedVariables to True. New Release must be created with it. Sorry for the false alarm.
