Installation error creating web portal

Getting an error when I hit the Create Site button on Web Portal tab.

Error: Invalid index. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070585)

Thanks for the bug report Ken. Can you tell me the OS version you are using, and whether IIS is installed?

I have the same problem. My system is Windows Server 2008 R1 with IIs 7.0 installed.
