Do you have any kind of priority support for paying customers?

Forum is nice, but there is no guarantee that somebody would look at the posting soon enough and for serious production use it is important to have guarantied response at least overnight.

Thanks for getting in touch! We offer the same support for all customers, either via these forums or via our support email address. Both are treated equally and both follow the same processes to be answered.
We do not offer 24/7 support nor a paid support option. We do our best to get back within 24 hours, but again due to working during business hours weekends are not covered and it will take longer.

We have no SLAs or guarantees when it comes to answers or timing.
