Dashboard is not refreshing in Octopus 3.0

Have clean Octopus 3.0 installation with imported backup from 2.6.
I open dashboard and leave it opened.
If somebody (or something, e.g. build controller) made release, information in my “Dashboard page” not refreshing. I don’t see any release progress or new information.
Only after manual page refresh, dashboard show correct information.
