Connectivity issue between Build server & Octopus server

Hi Team,

We are facing connectivity issue between Build server & Octopus server.On a step
‘Create Octopus Release’ We are getting error as ‘The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.’.
We are not getting more details/causes of this error. I have attached screenshot of the error.Please suggest on this.

Thanks for getting in touch and I’m sorry to hear that you’re having these issues.

If you click the box where the error is displayed you should be taken to the full log where you should be able to see what is causing the connection issue.
