Cleaning up old tenant

Hello,

When trying to delete a tenant, I got this error message.

I’ve tried to archive and even delete the certificate. So I don’t understand how it’s possible for Octopus to detect this certificate.

Also tried

  • reboot the octopus server.
  • clean all variables using the certificate (here I am not sure, could we confirm this by looking for a variable or a value inside it?)

Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for contacting us. When dealing with deletions often they can be blocked because there is a snapshot of a previous release that is holding onto the information. Check the snapshotted variable sets for the certificates, and previous deployments.
