Can not create project group after upgrading to 1.1.3.1410

After upgrading to 1.1.3.1410 clicking on the Add Project Group button causes the page to darken then I get a script error.
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘3’ of undefined

So far I haven’t been able to track it down to anything more specific.

Deleting everything under the Portal folder and re-running the installer fixed the issue.
