After upgrading 2019.4.4 I am getting "You've hit the maximum number of spaces"

Hello, I just upgraded to the latest version onPrem and now as soon as I go to portal I get the following message and cannot

You do not have permission to perform this action. Please contact your Octopus administrator. You have to have either SpaceView permission or access to the data within at least one space.

If I try to access Octo dropdown, I get message You’ve hit the maximum number of spaces.

I have not done anything other than upgrading at this point?

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m sorry you’re hitting this unexpected issue. We’ve seen this before immediately after upgrading to a version that includes the Spaces feature, and a hard refresh in your browser (CTRL + F5) fixes it. Does that do the trick for you?
