Hi Octopus team,
We have been using Octopus Deploy for a while now. We have an issue. I am administrator and I am able to see everything on the Dashboard but another user with the same permission is seeing a blank Dashboard.
Can you please help us resolve this issue.

Thank you for your reply! Would you mind troubleshooting the permissions by using the Test Permissions feature to confirm the permissions match what you intend for that user? You can do that by going to Configuration -> Teams -> Test Permissions and select the user from the dropdown. Also check the dashboard configuration (Select the Configure Dashboard option in the Dashboard page). Let me know the results and we can investigate further.

I’m sorry for the delay in my response! Dashboard configuration is local and is stored on the user, so you checking it for a different user won’t tell us the whole story. Could you have the user log in and take a screenshot of the dashboard configuration?
