404 when trying to create release

We just purchased a license, so I am trying to migrate my test projects to the new Octopus server.

I started with a project with only one step (Manual Intervention Step). When I hit the create release button it opens the “Create release” screen. I enter a version number and then hit the “Create release” button at the bottom. Boom

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Url is:

http://octoserver/projects/mywebsite/releases/0.0.0.3

Never had this problem on my test server. What do I have setup wrong?

Gave up trying to figure it out.

Re installed the server and it seems better now
